Our Story

Dr. Daniel Chang is a board certified Obstetrician gynecologist in private practice for more than 25 years. 

There’s no better training for a doctor than getting real life experience. After having twin preemie boys with continuous bouts of diaper rash and no relief from the usual drug store diaper rash creams, I finally found a salve made by a retired pediatrician that seemed to stop the inflammation and discomfort from diaper rash sometimes overnight. Like most physicians are, I was skeptical of any non pharmaceutical, home remedies. So I researched the ingredients and realized that the active ingredient has been used for abscesses and other inflammatory wounds for centuries. After paying over a hundred dollars at the local pharmacy for a little jar of the compounded cream, I decided to make my own and give little jars to my expectant mothers in the office. I tweaked the formula a little and added turmeric for it’s anti inflammatory properties as well. The results were overwhelmingly positive so I decided to start producing the cream and let other kids get some tush relief.
